Our policy lasts 30 days. If 30 days have gone by since your purchase, unfortunately we can’t offer you a refund or an exchange.
Several types of Products such as Downloadable Software, Tools, eBooks are exempt from being returned.
To complete your return, we require a receipt or proof of purchase.
Once your return or refund request is received and evaluated, we will send you an email to notify you of the approval or rejection of your refund within 5 working days from the date of your request.
If your request is approved, then your refund will be processed, and a credit will automatically be applied to your credit card or original method of payment, within 5 working days.
Late or Missing Refunds
